The Log Periodic Antenna as known as LPDA is a wideband directional antenna that provides gain and directivity combined over a wide band of frequencies.
Both Log-Periodic Antennas and Yagi antennas are high gain directional antennas. The main difference between these antennas is that Log-Periodic Antennas support wider frequency bandwidths and are physically much larger than Yagi antennas.
The log-periodic dipole array typical VSWR is 2:1 and operates over a much wider bandwidth and will have a lower gain for an equivalent number of elements.
With this level of performance, it is ideal for many applications, although a log-periodic antenna will be much larger than a Yagi of an equivalent gain. ![創作者 periodic 的頭像]()

Log Periodic Antenna (LPDA) Log Periodic Antenna (LPDA)【記者 林明佑/彰化 報導】救國團於每年1至2月份辦理「扶弱送愛、傳愛台灣」全國公益連線活動,號召全國救國團義工一起做公益,持續實踐「人人做公益、時時做公益、處處做公益」的精神,救國團彰化縣團委會於本週末在楊曜聰主委帶領下展開一系列公益社會服務活動,預計兩周的時間將走遍彰化縣26鄉鎮關懷超過百戶的獨居老人、單親家庭等弱勢家戶。
救國團於每年1至2月份辦理「扶弱送愛、傳愛台灣」全國公益連線活動,號召全國救國團義工一起做公益,持續實踐「人人做公益、時時做公益、處處做公益」的精神。(記者林明佑翻攝)救國團彰化縣團委會主任委員楊曜聰表示,救國團長期發揮「點燃青年熱情、點亮社會關懷」的精神,投入公益服務工作,尤其帶領青年朋友投入公益活動,更能將這股善的力量向下扎根,進行成為善的循環。今年的「扶弱送愛,傳愛台灣」活動,除了準備了生活物資致贈弱勢家戶,也由志工夥伴們協助打掃弱勢家戶的環境清潔,讓他們能有個乾淨舒適的空間迎接即將到來的新年。
救國團彰化縣團委會主任委員楊曜聰帶領青年朋友投入公益活動,更能將這股善的力量向下扎根,進行成為善的循環。(記者林明佑翻攝)救國團彰化縣團委會總幹事邱冠彰提到,本次活動由26鄉鎮各團委會調查轄區內的弱勢家戶,於本周六日(1/27、28)兩天分別陸續在彰化市、員林市、二林鎮、和美鎮、芳苑鄉、永靖鄉、大村鄉、埤頭鄉、竹塘鄉、二水鄉...等地完成12場次的關懷服務,也希望「扶弱送愛、傳愛台灣」的公益活動能成為年終歲末彰化最美的風景,帶動多人共同參與關懷社會,攜手營造更美好的未來。
